How do I change the mailing address on my Centrian Life policy?
If you've moved recently, you can notify us of your new address by simply contacting the Centrian Life Call Center toll free at 1-800-315-0552. Our representatives are available each business day Monday - Friday from 8:00 A.M. through 6:00 P.M. (ET). Otherwise, you can complete the required Name and Address Change Form. This change form must be completed by the policyowner and returned to our office for processing.
Note: When contacting our call center, you will be requested to provide positive verbal identification as a policyowner.

Will I still be covered if I move?
If you have an existing policy with Centrian Life and move to a state other than where the insurance was purchased, you do not forfeit the insurance coverage. As long as any premium payments are paid when due, your insurance coverage will remain in force.
